Production Schedule: Production time for standard mural packages are as follow: Quantity of 1-2 will be 4 working days. Quantity of 3-5 will be 8 working days. *Higher quantities need to be verified for production times - shipping not included. Notice: Production time starts the first working day after artwork is approved for printing, not including shipping.
E-proof request - By checking this you will be sent an e-proof of approved art the next day after art is submitted. An approval email must be sent back before job is moved into production. Production time starts the first working day after approval email is sent. PLEASE NOTE: e-proof is only to ensure proper art elementsare there and size is correct. It does not ensure color accuracy.
Printed proof request - By checking this you wil be sent a printed proof of submited art in 24-48 hours from the time art is submited not including shipping time. PLEASE NOTE: Printed proof will only be sent if you purchased this service with your order.
No proof - By checking this you authorize us to proceed with artwork as submited. You also waive the right to object to the way colors print fir the final product.
Please Note: Any issues with the graphics received must be notified within the dirst 15 days of delivery, Digital pictures will help extremely in resolving any issues before items are shipped back.
