Abex is committed to providing our distributors with designs, renderings and CADs and quotes of existing exhibits and exhibit modifications from the Abex Renderings library, designs based upon your sketches and creative input, and conceptual designs through our Studio Abex Department.

We have also dramatically improved the level of presentation materials provided for Studio Abex conceptual designs. It is our thinking that by providing higher quality materials we can help you to increase your closing ratio.

In many cases, if the Studio Abex design request meets certain criteria, design fees will be waived. The criteria we use to evaluate the request include parameters such as lead time to the show, size of the exhibit and quality of the input received.

Should your project not meet our criteria for complimentary design, we still want to support you with the design and renderings you require. Although we do have to charge for these services, we have decided to reduce and restructure the fees outlined in the original e-mail to be more approachable and be based upon the size of the exhibit rather than the MSRP since this is not always known at the time of the design request.

New Studio Abex design fees for projects not qualifying for complimentary design will be as follows:

Please contact our Design Department to determine whether or not any fees would be applicable for your particular project. As with all Abex CAD, design, or rendering fees, should Abex be awarded the job all fees will be applied towards the cost of the job.

We have also reduced the price of the presentation materials to $35.00. This amount only covers a small portion of our actual cost of the 18" x 20" presentation boards and portfolio and presentation box customized with the Distributor and Client name. Again, it is our goal to provide you with the materials you need to win the job and these fees are again refundable if Abex is awarded the job.

Abex receives dozens of requests for CADs, quotes and renderings every week. Unfortunately, the closing ratio for these projects has not been high enough to warrant the expense. In order to continue to provide the quality of renderings and quotes requested by our network in a timely manner, we have had to implement what we felt were nominal charges for these services.

As always, all design and rendering fees are refundable and applied against the cost of the build when the job is awarded to Abex.
